This policy describes how VocaKids (“the App”) handles information. The App is an English-learning flashcard app for children (Cambridge Starters–CPE) on iPhone and iPad. We do not require users to create an account.

Chính sách này mô tả cách ứng dụng VocaKids xử lý thông tin. Ứng dụng giúp trẻ học từ vựng tiếng Anh bằng flashcard trên iPhone và iPad. Người dùng không cần tạo tài khoản.

1. Information we collect / Thông tin thu thập

• Learning progress (on device): vocabulary progress, trial status, and preferences stored locally on the device.
  Tiến độ học, trạng thái dùng thử và tuỳ chọn được lưu trên máy.
• Microphone (optional): used only when the child taps to practise pronunciation (speech-to-text). Audio is processed for recognition and is not stored by us as a recording library.
  Micro chỉ dùng khi luyện phát âm. Chúng tôi không lưu thư viện bản ghi âm.
• Purchases: subscriptions on iPhone and iPad are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive purchase tokens / entitlement status, not full payment card numbers.
  Mua hàng trên iPhone và iPad do Apple (App Store) xử lý. Chúng tôi không nhận số thẻ thanh toán.
• Vocabulary content: word lists and images are bundled in the App and stored locally on the device. This is app content, not a personal profile.
  Danh sách từ và hình ảnh được đóng gói trong ứng dụng và lưu trên máy.
• Internet: needed for translation helpers, text-to-speech engines, and in-app purchase verification.

2. Children’s privacy / Trẻ em

VocaKids is designed for children with parent/guardian supervision. We do not knowingly collect names, emails, photos, or precise location from children. We do not show third-party ads in the App. Parents can contact us to request deletion of any data they believe we hold.

Ứng dụng dành cho trẻ em, nên dùng cùng phụ huynh. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập tên, email, ảnh hay vị trí chính xác của trẻ. Ứng dụng không chạy quảng cáo bên thứ ba.

3. How we use information / Mục đích sử dụng

• Provide flashcards, progress, pronunciation practice, and subscriptions.
• Cung cấp bài học, tiến độ, luyện phát âm và gói Premium.
• We do not sell personal data. / Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân.

4. Sharing / Chia sẻ

We may share limited data with:

• Apple (StoreKit) to operate App Store purchases on iPhone and iPad.
• On-device / iOS speech and TTS services when the user uses those features.

We do not share data with advertisers.

5. Retention & deletion / Lưu trữ và xoá

Most learning data stays on the device. Uninstalling the App deletes local data. App Store purchases remain with your Apple ID. To request deletion of any server-side content associated with you, email us.

Hầu hết dữ liệu học nằm trên máy. Gỡ app sẽ xoá dữ liệu local. Giao dịch mua vẫn thuộc Apple ID.

6. Security / Bảo mật

We use standard platform security (HTTPS, App Store billing APIs). No method is 100% secure.

7. Changes / Thay đổi

We may update this page. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
